Bye Bye Turkey weight!

Well, I weighed myself this morning, and my 3 extra Thanksgiving pounds are gone, I am now where I was Last thursday morning. I am very excited! I was afraid that they would take another week or 2 to come off. Now I can start my week fresh, just in time too! Today I start phase 3 of my workout system I'm doing. I can't weight (HAHA) to see how it goes this week. The first 2 phases were tough, but for the first time ever I actually stuck to my workout goals last week, Which was to get in 6 workouts. I hate working out, so this is a huge achievement for me! I am noticing muscles I haven't seen since high school starting to make their appearance. Well, wish me luck this week, I'd love to see the 140's in the next couple of weeks.

I know what you mean about working out...I really hate it but hey...sometimes you've got to do what you don't want to do to get what you want! :D
 
congradulations! you seem to be working hard. just wondering what were/are the phases of your gym work out?
and a little tip to make the gym more bearable for you is maybe bring a favorite magazine or book to read while your doing cardio, and make sure you have good tunes! :D it will be practially imposible w/ out the music.

I'm doing the slim in 6 program, there are 3 phases. I survived phase 1 and 2 and began phase 3 today. It kicked my butt! I know it's working though, I have really had great results so far!
