Bye Bye fat thighs and belly-- Hello Model body!

Hi there,

I have been struggling with weight loss for about 3 years now..
I had my first child in 2007 and in 2009 i had my baby boy!!
after first child i lost the pregnancy weight, but gained it back a year after, Became pregnant again with about 30 lbs over my ideal weight of 110-120 lbs at 5 ft 3.
after giving birth couldnt lose a gram!...and still struggling i seem to have some sort of food addiction! Specially Pastas, bread and cheesey meals!!.
:chillpill::chillpill::chillpill: lloll .... so in an attempt to start a weight loss journy am writing a diary to help me get motivated!!!

My current weight : 167 lbs.
My Height - 5 ft 3
My first goal - 155 lbs
my second goal 145 lbs
my third goal 135 lbs
and finally my ideal weight ! 120 lbs

am going at it gradually and slowly!
hopefully by the end of this year i would have accomplished something!
 
Alright!!! its 12:30 and havent slept yet!!!
Here is my daily plan for this week!

Drink 10 glasses of ice cold water.
drink 2 cups of green tea
NO SUGER
NO BREAD
NO PASTA OR RICE.
EAT LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGGIES.
NO OIL! EVERYTHIN IS OVEN COOKED OR RAW!
ALSO THIS WEEK I WILL DO PORTION CONTROL

that would be for diet plan

ive got some videos of HOME WORKOUT FROM THIS AMAZING TRAINER ( ZUZANA LIGHT ) FROM REMOVED...ITS AMAZING THE THINGS SHE DOES WITH JUST YOUR BODY WEIGHTS!! NOTHING NEEDED.
AM GOING TO STICK TO HER BEGINER WORKOUTS

SOOOOOO here i am again!!
feeling a little better after resisting a very tasty looking burger! and coca cola.
woke up late a little , drank a glass of water and ate about 4 bites of some omlette.
that was around 9:30 a.m

its now 2:15ish and i just drank a cup of coffee with 1 tsp of suger ( gradualy reducing it )
and a glass of water!

planing to eat a bologne sandwich wit half tbsp of low fat meyo, 2 slices of chiken bologne and lettuce, tomatos,pickles! lol and also after that i will drink a glass of water

for exercise, it will be the following

after i post this update am gona get my fat ass to the treadmill i own! and do some walking for 20 mins and jogging for 10.
after it will be the beginners workout routine that zuzana light posted on her website REMOVED its about 30 mins max of very intense interval training!and let me tell u
i tried this workout last week i believe and oh my lord the muscle ache i got afterwards was hell!!!... i couldnt bent down or go up or down the stairs , i could barely sit!! it was a killer and its only the beginners workout!!! she does magic i tell ya!!

I am trying to lose pregnancy weight also :)

I am a huge fan of breads, pasta etc too *LOL*
I don't see anything wrong with eating them once in awhile. I have whole grain rice once a week and whole grain pasta once a week. It's all about the portion control and moderation so you can still enjoy. Sometimes as a snack I'll have a tbsp of peanut butter on a piece of flax or whole grain bread.

OTHER QUESTIONS:
1. What is your current height and weight?
5"3 and i believe am 167 lbs.

2. If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be?
it would be around 120-130 ,, by the time i reach that goal i would want to
lose about 7 lbs just to be on the safe side!

3. At what weight would you like to be at four months from now?

around 120!!!because i lost 13 lbs last summer in less than 2 weeks!
I KNOW I CAN DO IT!

4. Why do you want to lose weight?

To be healthy and to look good in everything i wear,, also to be more active and play with my kids!

5. Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event?
nothing specific but i just want to do it for me!

6. What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals?

am afraid i wouldnt have the courage to do it!, but am very motivated

7. Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?

everyone tells me i look good the way i am i mean body wise , but i want to
be able to fit into a single digit jeans size,, i used to wear 5 , now i can settle for 7!
8. What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight?
portion control! and low suger,fat, carbs diet!
also being active.

9. Have you lost weight in the past?
yes last summer i lost 13 lbs in less than 2 weeks and felt so much better.


10. Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back?
i just lost motivation, and i guess because i was going through some relationship issues that made me just eat and eat!!lol

11. What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Why do you think it did not work?
yo-yo diets!! they just dont work! the weight you gained over a year long
will most likely take you the same time to lose it!

12. Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time?
Yes

13. Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook?
I always cook at home, up til today i make all kind of foods, pastas filled with cheese, lasagnia, umm,,, basically everything fatty,, but since i have my
husband's support and i want my kids to eat healthy from now on it would be
only healthy food.

14. How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go?
A few times a month. mostly pizzza , chicken wings, shawerma sandwiches etc,,,

15. What are your three favorite foods?
pasta
lasagnia
tacos.


16. What are your three favorite restaurants?
dont have any specific one in mind!

17. What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food?
Portion Control
low fat
low carbz

18. If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different?
i would be alot happier and healthier

when am depressed!, or bored! lol

YES!! THATS MY PROBLEM

not really. once or twice i have done that.

yup

No

Yes

usually a fruit, garden salad, and about 2 scoops of whatever i made that day.

mostly oranges,apples
sometimes coffee, or tea.

27. In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing?
cardio, high intensity training.

28. Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home?
home ( treadmill, dumbells, yoga matt, and exercise videos.

29. What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise?

jogging,
zuzana light workouts.
hiphop abz


30. What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals?
to be healthy, and also to feel confident.

31. Do you have rewards for certain goals?

Planning to buy an outfit/shoes/purse/makeup/jeweleries everytime i reach a goal i set up.

you know i stopped by your diary and i was supposed to post there, encouraging you to keep going lol , but i was busy posting in my diary!
thats actually a good idea , i honestly wanted to cut them out of my life styleee for good,,, and just eat whole wheats if i ever feel the need to eat them lol

Pasta, bread and cheesy things are my downfall too!! Good luck and keep up the good work!!

Hey there dear join the club ... Truth is these types of food are just so heavenly lol
One can never get enough
But you gotta realize the affects of such
Foods dont show right away
The next thing you know is your cholestrol is sky rokin nd u Are in trouble.

am sad today:(
i didnt get to exercise, probebly gona do it before i sleeep , i was thinking some dance ( hip hop , belly dancing )..
thats as far as my exercise goes,,, for my diet,,, i think i did pretty good , but not as good as yesterdayz :(( i kinda ate whatever i prepared for my kids and husband but for sure small portions.
