Hi everyone, For the past 2 weeks I've been trying to lose at least 10-20 lbs in a matter of a month (yes, I know it's an unhealthy goal so I'm hoping at least a lose of 5-7 lbs). Ever since I've started working out and having changed my diet I have been on an internship for a pharamacy technician which requires me to work from late afternoon (4PM) to late at night (10PM). I've read that it's better to eat 5-6 smalls meals a day rather than 3 large ones. I can eat twice during the day before I go to work but it's during work when I can't snack or eat dinner, so when I get home I end up eating a large late meal. Does someone have any advice as to what I can do to prevent me eating that late meal? Or how I can snack while I'm at work? Any help/advice would be great. Thank you.
Here's some info on my internship site:
Here's some info on my internship site:
- I have no access to a fridge or a microwave, so I guess my food has to be something that can stay at room temperature.
- I usually take my lunch around 7PM to 8PM. But there are some days when the pharmacy is really busy that I have no break at all.
- My breaks are 30 minutes long.
