Was at the gym yesterday, i was doing pretty heavy bulgarian squats (5x5), first time ive done them with 5x5 so i was playing around trying to figure out about what weight to use. Anyways, i was setting up for my 3d set, as i put my back foot up on the bench i notice it seems a bit further back than i had it the sets before, but i carried on, thinking it was just my mind. Well, it wasnt, i went down, and as i started to go back up i noticed the stance was WAY to long, the back foot slipped off the bench, and banged into the floor and i fell aswell. I got up, finished the set, the workout, went home and took my sock off. And my friggin toe nail is broken pretty far back up on the meat, that sucks 
Any idea what one should do with a toenail broken like that? Cut it off? That far up on the flesh?
And ofcource when i noticed i screamed "OH NOOOOO!! I BROKE A NAIL!"
