Bust

I am in my early twenties, and a couple of years ago had a binge eating disorder (compulsive overeating without the throwing up). I would make myself eat until I felt sick with tummy pains but did not throw up-my stomach's pretty tough! As a result went from 102lbs to 119lbs at my heaviest (which I could NOT go beyond for some reason, my body just resisted it regardless of how much I ate) which for me, was a HUGE weight gain being as I have always been very very skinny and struggled to keep my weight UP rather than down, hence, I think, the reason why when I was depressed I binged rather than became anorexic (because I always had people think I was anorexic/too thin when in reality I ate a lot- I went to boarding school and I can tell u for my height I ate more than most, I am 5'5" with a VERY small frame and no hips, my wrists are only 5 1/4 inches.).

Anyway, what I am wondering is really if it is possible to lose the weight that I gained on my chest- at 103lbs I was a 32B/C and I am now a 32DD at 112lbs (I lost weight without realising once I started eating normally 6 months ago, although now I drink socially quite a bit). I am very out of proportion, my breasts are far too big for my body, which is small and thin still. They make me feel uncomfortable because they are what you notice about me more than anything else!

I know that my weight gain on my chest was one of the first places I gained weight, so my question is, should I go on a diet to quickly get back to my original weight (my chest is really making me depressed; I stopped running because it became too large and I LOVE to run, it lifts the spirits) and look like a stick insect? Someone told me to lift weights; I have been for the past year and still there is only tone, but if I lost weight I'd just look like a stick with little tone and good sized, but not disproportionate breasts-

or would the weight just not come off my breasts at all now that I've put it on?

Or is it my problem area like many girls is on their legs/hips etc (I don't really store weight there) and will it take a bit of effort to get rid of it?

Help, anyone? Sorry for the length of it but I felt I needed to explain the whole situation!

I'd love to have your problem darlin'! I've gained 25lbs over the past two years and still haven't graduated from a training bra. Most folks say that if you gain it in your boobs, you'll loose it in your boobs. I'd be willing to bet that if you start loosing weight you'll see a significant drop in cup size.
