Burning The Gut

I'm not trying to get a six pack or anything, I already have a decent four pack, but I'm trying to find a way to work the lower torso. I still have a little bit of gut in that area. I'm trying to find an exercise that specifically works that area, because regular cardio hasn't worked with that area in a while. Any tips or comments will be appreciated.
 
You can not spot reduce. You can not do a specific exercise to remove specific fat.
