Burning Sugar, then Fat, then muscle?

Does anyone know at what point you start burning muscle? I think it takes about 15 minutes of cardio before you start burning fat, but then if you do cardo for another 30 minutes after that, do you start burning muscle after that, or do you keep burning fat? Would it be better to split it up into two workouts?
 
you diet would need to be really crappy and you would havto be doing massive amounts of cardio to start "burning" muscle.
 
cardio basically trains your body to have smaller more efficient muscles, which burns them away, thats why you dont see bodybuilders doing cardio until right before shows to get rid of fat. if your trying to lose weight its reduced calories that also gets rid of muscle. I am not sure If I agree with that article 100% lol.
