Burning out. 415>265 in 14 months

I'm down 150 pounds in the last 14 months. I would still like to lose another 45 pounds but I am feeling a bit physically and mentally fatigued. I am still totally dedicated and unwavering in my push to my goal but man am I tired. What did you do to make that last difficult push?? I feel maybe I really need to completely re-invent my program as the weight seems to be coming off pretty slow now. Help!!!!
 
I think you hit the button right on the nose.
Slow down your exercise program a bit, and rethink the foods you're eating.
Give yourself a cool off week.
Without details, I really can't say any more, but I will suggest that you have a second look at stuff you find on weight loss, you might find some way of doing things that works better for you.
 
Hey Sallad! You need to first pat yourself on the back!! Look how far you've come!! Give yourself credit! Go celebrate your successes thus far by rewarding yourself with some new clothes, ipod, whatever you would appreciate (not food though)! Now, as to the remaining pounds, be patient like you have been and remember that this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix...right? So hope you aren't doing anything too drastic! It'll come off slowly if you have a proper, nutritious diet and exercise. Good luck!! =)
