Hi! I'm new to this forum... I was looking for a little guidance. I have been doing lots of cardio. Running and Zumba. I've been losing weight. 7 lbs now. But I'm afraid I'm beginning to burn muscle and not just fat. I've cut out all breads, pastas, ect. I eat clean. Chicken, Fish, Fruits and Veggies. Any advice? I'm beginning to feel very tired throughout the day. Help!
