Ok, so this may sound weird to some of you, but ever since I've become more active, I've noticed that I get hotter a lot easier. I'm a 20y/o male, and this happened the last time I become more active, but I'll just be sitting down and all of a sudden, I'll just get this heat-wave come over me and I get very uncomfortable. Anyone else had this problem?
