Bunion trouble, anyone ?

The title says it all. Anyone ?

I can empathize....everytime I go see a podiatrist they ask: "don't your feet hurt all the time?" because they are so prominent. THey bother me at times, but now that I don't run they don't hurt me as much. They also keep asking when I am going to have the surgery, and I tell them never....lol.

Not lots you can do, there are a few cremes out there but short of that foot surgery not much.....

Thank you for answering. I wear good shoes, but these things don't heal themselves or get better over time.

The podiatrist is making me new orthotics and hopes that will help some.

You're welcome :)

They don't get better over time, but if they truly are bad you may consider the foot surgery. I have had friends who did it and say they are completely pain free. I just can't take the time to do the recovery with my kids, there is no way I can manage to stay off my feet.....
