Bulking

What kinda workout routine should u do for bulking?

I saw in the posts earlier you shoudl do fullbody workouts 3x a week.

Some said u should do split routines.

I do this:

chest/triceps/calves/anterior delt on monday

back/biceps/lateral and posterior deltoid on wednesday

quads/glutes/hams/erector spinae/abs on friday

the other days i do running/swimming/biking
 
Bulking is about the food.

you pretty much have a push/pull/legs, which is fine. you can also do upper/lower. you would need to cut back on the cardio quite a bit.
 
try to keep the cardio to a shorter workout, for the heart, not for fat loss.

and yeah, most of bulking is directly diet related. keep your reps 8-12 range for hypertrophy.

yea i have push/pull/thighs.

I think i mgiht swithc to upper/lower or push/pull routine so i can hit the same muscles more often!
