Bulking up for Rugby

Hi, i'm new to the site and i need some advice. I currently play prop, however I'm not very strong in the upper body and my coach told me i need to bulk up for next season which starts in about 7 weeks.

I currently do weight training and cardio 3 days a week and jog inbetween sessions. I really need advice on my diet in particular and any useful excercises.

Hey Broski,

You may want to start by posting in the correct forum. You're probably not going to get many good responses posting about "Bulking up for Rugby" in the weight loss forum..
