Hi, i'm new to the site and i need some advice. I currently play prop, however I'm not very strong in the upper body and my coach told me i need to bulk up for next season which starts in about 7 weeks.
I currently do weight training and cardio 3 days a week and jog inbetween sessions. I really need advice on my diet in particular and any useful excercises.
