Bulking or Cutting

Hey guys I've been working out on a regular basis for about 8 months now. I have been on a pretty strict cutting diet, but I was wonder for your opinions on when to start bulking.

I am currently sitting at 5"6' and at 145lbs the last time I weighed myself. I don't do much cardio anymore, mainly lifting 3-4 times per week and try to eat a deficet in calories.

I definetly have some fat in the stomach and on the pecs. What would you guys estimate my body fat % is at?

What are you thoughts?

i would say its at least 13-14%

if i were u, i would cut down a bit more and finish the cut well.

you dont look bad though :] good job.

then you can start bulking
