bulk up

im seeing my self starting to bulk up a litttle ...should i start doing some exercises to start getting toned and cut and still do a some bulking exercises for a little more weight gain..
or can i only do 1 at a time?

ive been following abear's advice and it seemed to be working..ive been gaining some muscle but the only thing is that im also getting like a soft look to my body..im trying to get a little more bulk but still be cut ....

my advice would be to keep on truckin' with your bulking.
cardio will only slow down muscle gains, and wont really shed ne body fat while your eating a calorie surplus.

try and get as much muscle as u can first, dont worry about the soft look... the cutting phase is for that, no biggie. Remember, the more muscle u have the more fat you burn when you start exercisn'.

it's never good to have a timid mentality, when your weightlifting. You will gain FAT and you will gain muscle. Then you will cutt, and you will loose that FAT. say to yourself "Im not pussyfooting around, Ill get this **** DONE!" hope you understand the idea.
