Ok ive been told recently that I would look alot better if i bulk up now that Ive dropped all the wieght.
This morning I increased the wieght on the bench and squats and lowered the reps on both.I dint run at all :/ and wont run anymore.I gobbled down a big protien shake that my friend gave me and I plan to eat as much meat as humanly possible.
Sound like it might work?

5'8" 141 lbs
bench 170lb x3 5reps
squat 90lb x20 3 reps
40 push ups
40 sit ups
60 chin ups
one workout per day
