BULK 2 weeks / CUT 2 weeks ... wats your opinion?

just wondern what everybody thinks about doing 2week cycles ...
bulk all the way for 2 weeks ... then cut for 2 weeks.

it would definatley prevent your metabolism from plummeting for when you want to cut. i think its beneficial and effecient for the long term lifter.
im in no rush to make my muscles explode out of me in a certain time frame .. just want to keep lookn good and pack on muscle, while keeping my bf under control.

whats are all your views on this?
 
i wouldnt care do it. i like to get a routine and groove going when gaining or cutting to settle into like for 2-4 months
 
if your doing a clean type of bulk (no junk food) you will not gain that much fat even after 6-8 monthes which most can shed in 2 at the most, so 8 monthes bulk and 2 monthes cut is more or less a better ratio. don't fear a little fat.
 
2 weeks really isn't a long enough cycle to significantly bulk or cut. 6week intervals make more sense, though depending on your goals and how your body responds, you might wanna look at 2-3 month cycles.

changing your routine a little every 2 weeks IS a good idea...say flat bench press for 2 weeks, then inclines, then declines. Keeps the muscles from getting too used to your routine.
