build muscle without adding fat?

Hi,

i've been reading thru the threads here and have been a bit confused by the info. I simply want to know if it is possible to increase the size of your muscles without increasing body fat?

Thanks

If you are new yes you can do it, and it won't be too hard. If you've been lifting for a while, then you can still do it but it'll be harder.

IMO it takes trial and error, person to person, but with a very exact diet it can be done.

yea that's what the hollywood movie stars do... they pay their personal trainers like thousands of dollars to get jakced

Yeah, unless you are rich the most practical way would probably be to bulk and then cut... Even if you figure out that perfect diet it wouldn't put on muscle faster than bulking will. I guess you could do a smaller bulking cycle if you didn't want to put on too much fat and then cut sooner or something?
