Hi all .. I am a newbie to this site .. need some serious motivation !
On and off with weight loss and weight gain .. it is a pain in the behind and it would be great to have buddies to keep me going and to keep me in check !
My biggest hurdle is being motivated and sticking to my plan. I am pretty good with food and exercise but I slide on and off the exercise plan.
So I figure this might help ... I am 5 ft 1 inch and weigh 64/65 kgs - 141 pounds .. i am a female hahaha that might help - am stocky build by nature - medium size and have always been on the muscular side .. oh and of asian origin and living in Asia region
My diet varies - mainly vegetable and salads but some carbs obviously like rice and noodles and some meat mainly chicken and seafood ... I have inherited genes that are not atypically of the Asian variety ie. petite and slim !
As for exercise, I have a ten km run planned in September - SIX WEEKS away .. i was onto a good plan and then got lazy .. fitness is not really an issue ... but weight loss is !! I run at least 3 km every couple of days and will up this over the next couple weeks leading up to the 10 km run ..
HELP ?
I know I have to want to do and I know I have to do this .. but it would be good to know others out there have the same pickle of a situation .. I guess I am sick of weight roller coasting ...
