i broke both of my wrists and had to have surgery on one of them (metal plate and screws). i gained quite a bit of weight over that 3 month period. i still can't put much weight on my left wrist which means no arm weights. i lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks by running 7 days a week. i still have 16 pounds to lose and running alone is not cutting it. i haven't lost ANY weight in the past week. i need help finding a workout routine that doesn't involve hands. i don't belong to a gym, other than the cruddy one at my apartment complex. help???!!!???
