Hi all,
i am rajesh .I used to be a fitness freak like 5 years back i used to do a lot of excercies and i was in gud shape at that time .But then unfortunately my arm was broken and now i have a rod in my arm doctors advised me not to lift any more weights.
Its been nearly 3 years since it happened and i am in bad shape now so i want to get back to my work outs and get in to shape.I am planning to do workouts with band on so that it wont get hurt further.Will it help ?
Any advise please reply me here or scrap me.
