Broccoli is rich in fiber, minerals, vitamins A, B, C and K. It is the very low calorie vegeatable. Broccoli is very good to maintain weight.This food contains less fat and cholestral.

For those who are dieting, broccoli can be a perfect addition to their diet plans. This is rich in fiber which prevents digestive problems and constipation, curbs overeating and maintains a lower and healthier level of blood sugar.

Green is always good! Broccoli definitely one of my favorites. As an alternative party snack have raw with a good quality humus, extremely tasty and fills you up guilt free!
