My name is Dylan,I am from Ireland and i am sixteen years old.


i started my exercise and healthy eating on the 11th september 2009 because of a picture i saw that was posted of me on a social websight from a school trip,i looked humongous and just said,thats it,shit has to stop here and all that cheesy stuff you hear others say :D

anyways,over a year and a bit on now and i have lost around 6 stone/38 kilos/84 Lbs.i currenty weigh in at 11 stone on the dot or around 70KG/154Lbs.I am very close to my desired weight,well infact i dont mind the weight i am currently at but i still have belly fat and some small amounts of back fat to go,and have already started my second journey on ripping my muscle to shreds and have been consistently doing weights and exercises for a few months steady and i love the forums as all i do nowadays is sleep,eat and breath exercise and fitness and love to be around determined people like those on this site and will b happy to converse and share thoughts and pictures etc :D

Yo man,Nope i didnt really follow a diet as such because a diet usually has to end somewhere ,and i wanted to make a change for life,i just cut out the crap,just cut it out and done my 2 mile walk everyday.kept my eyes on the prize of being slim and like as soon as the first two weeks were over,it would feel wrong to not exercise so you just keep going anf setting new goals each day :)
 
Good to hear more sucess stories, sometimes they really help newcomers who need inspiration :)
 
Sounds like a good healthy weight to me, with my shoes and clothes I weight about the same as you do. But if your waste is 30" you are smaller around the waist then I am. I weight 148.6 this morning without clothes and shoes. My goal weight is 145 without shoes and clothes. You have stuck to your plan! When I started out this time I weight 164.6 in birthday suit, lol.
