Hey all, I'm Rhianne, I'm 22 and have three children aged, 5, 2 and 9 weeks.
I'm getting married in 12 weeks and really want to lose around 14-21lbs in that time.
I'm 5ft 5 and weight 9 stone 5lbs (131lbs) and size 10-12 (UK size)
Measurements:
Chest: 36"
Waist: 29"
Hips: 36"
Thighs: "20
This is what I plan to do:
Cut out all fizzy drinks - I'm addicted to energy drinks which isn't helping the weight loss at all
Cut out all takeaways
Change my diet totally and start eating clean foods only!
Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water per day
Exercise at least 30 minutes per day
Do you think I can realistically lose 14-21lbs in 12 weeks?
