Well today is day 1 of my 12 week Body-For-Life Challenge. So far its going good. I woke up at 5:30am and got my cardio and abs workout in before the kids woke up. I have drank 64oz of water so far, looking to get down at least another 32oz today. I am going to push myself everyday to wake up and get my exercise in. I got onew free day a week, but I am not going to go overboard. I am not following the exercise routine in the Body-For-Life book, I just don't have an extra 45minutes every other day to get the weight lifting portion of the exercise in. I will be doing alternate days of weights and cardio though.
