hi just came on board as I need motivation to stay with weight loss programme. I frequently socialise and dine out and I enjoy a wine or 2. I have lost 7kgs so far and been on the programme for 6 weeks. I would love to hear from others out there who dont find it all roses and are having trouble staying focused.:

Why do you say it's not "all roses?"

We are entitled to eat whatever we want every now and again. All or nothing thinking is a sure path to frustration IMO.

If you are losing weight, things, overall, are heading in the right direction.
