I actually took the time today to focus on my breathing more during my jog, and wow, it helped a LOT! I do 90 second fast walks in between minute jogs, the breathing has helped me so much, but I noticed a lot of the time when I was exhaling, my body automatically had a reflex near the end of my breath to draw air back in immediately, without giving me a chance to accumulate a good long inhale myself, if you get me
Anyways to avoid this? Cause it kinds makes me choke a little if I don't concentrate on it.
Also, on breathing itself, I was told to draw in long deep breaths to the bottom of my lungs, through my mouth + nose, then out through mouth, any thoughts?
