Breaking the Vicious Cycle of Fitness Failure

There are no "miracle tips" or secret formulas to being healthy and staying fit. Anyone that says that there are is trying to sell you something. There are an infinite numbers of ways to lose weight and achieve fitness, some may work better than others for certain people, but there is no secret formula or right or wrong way to go about it. First off, you need to clarify your personal fitness goals so you can take a logical systematic approach to achieving them. Having said that, health and fitness is an ongoing process that can never be 100% "achieved". Staying healthy and fit is uniquely relative to each individual and is something that must become a way of life to work correctly. The problem most people have is that they interpret physical health as looking thin. So they look for the easiest way to lose a lot of weight real quick and when they are satisfied by how they look in the mirror, they believe the hard work is over. That eventually leads to a gradual routine shift of not staying on top of their diet and exercising less and less as time goes by until one day they look in the mirror and they're out of shape and unhappy with the way they look. The problem is internal. While feeling healthy and looking fit will without a doubt promote a happier sense of being, if we are not content with our true, inner self, we will be caught in a vicious cycle of failure. So find your center and break the cycle!
