Breakfast

Ive been eating 1 fried egg in the mornings, now somewhat not healthy if i only have 1 is that okay?

Also, I was thinking about eating some ceral instead of eggs some time (getting burned out on just eating eggs), so what types of cereal would be good to eat.

Keep in mind I am trying to lose weight and gain muscle.
 
I have about 4 egg whites and wheat toast. And recently I bought plain oatmeal, I add fruit to give it flavor.

Try to stay away from fried food too. Good luck!
