First off, eating pita bread is probably better then eating other breads, but there are still some restrictions. It all depends on how much other carbs you are eating. So lets say your eating only pita bread as your carb intake then you can have as much as your diet allows. (eg. lets say u want to be eating 100grams of carbs/day, and if eating pita is your only carb intake then u can have 100g worth of carbs). But if your eating other carb sources then you must limit. Sounds confusing I know. Lets just say, try to stick to 1-2 pitas a day and you should be fine. Hope I helped.
