Bread and other questions

Hello everyone, this is my first post. I have been watching the discussions here for about a week now, and I must say you guys are all very helpful. Here are my questions:

What is better...Multigrain Bread, 12 Grain or Stone Ground Wheat?
I noticed that the 12 grain is higher in fat than the other two...why is that? Are they all ok to eat?
There are many other bread products out there, pitas, wraps, bagels and some of them don't have nutritional info, or even ingredient lists (depending on where you buy them), so what should I look for if I want variety, not just slices of bread.

Also, do any of you guys eat honey? I LOVE honey, I would totally replace sugar for honey...but is that good?

Canned pink salmon, I notice is higher in fats than tuna....

Thanks in advandce

Here are tips for the best breads: the first ingredients MUST be 100% whole wheat (NOT enriched wheat, bleached wheat, enriched white flour, etc.); the least ingredients, the better; don't worry about the fat content - just check the ingredients; there should be at least 3 grams of fibre per slice and 3 grams of protein per slice.
The same goes for pitas, wraps, bagels, etc. There aren't too many whole wheat pitas/wraps/bagels, so I wouldn't bother.
However, my personal opinion, if someone is looking to lose fat they should not consume bread products.

Again, if looking to lose fat, no honey, no sugar. Honey is a good replacement for sugar, though, if you don't care. I use Splenda.

Canned salmon is an excellent choice. Salmon is naturally higher in fat because it is full of super-healthy essential omega fatty acids. Again, don't be concerned with the fat content, especially with salmon - it's super-good-for-you and a super protein source.
