so im really getting confused, its like everything i read contradicts itself. first i read bran has tons of fiber which is good for relieving constipation then i read that bran is hard to digest. all the easy things to digest seem to be the more unhealthy stuff and things that are known to cause constipation. whats the deal with this? i also read vegetables are high in fiber and good for constipation than i read their very hard to digest. whats the deal? is bran good for relieving constipation? will my post shredded wheat' n bran cereal help out my constipation with proper hydration?
