Boxing...Cardio...Abs...Diet

Hey people. I'm 115, weigh bout 135 to 140 somewhere. And I'm new at training. But I dont have the money to buy a whole bunch of stuff and cannot join or a gym or buy supplements. I want to tone my body. most of all, im aiming for the six pack to start. What is a good diet for that sort of thing? Also, I was wondering, is a boxing bag good for cardio excercise? To burn fat so you can see your six pack? Please let me know! I'm desperate for info here. Preciate it.

a boxing bag is an awesome idea for cardio, punch and kick the crap outta that bag for cardio, then head over to this site for some really good body weight workouts.
