Boxing Boxing Boxing

Does anyone think that running a couple miles 5 times a week and hitting a heavy bag at a good pace for approximately 20-30 minutees 4 times a week plus good diet can help create abs and all around muslce tone...as well as some weight loss?????????
 
I agree with evo it's great cardio and will definetly help with fat loss but in order to have definition you have to have muscles. Try throwing a weight routine in with all that cardio and maybe look toward a bulking phase to put on some size.
