Boxing Boxing Boxing

Does anyone think that running a couple miles 5 times a week and hitting a heavy bag at a good pace for approximately 20-30 minutees 4 times a week plus good diet can help create abs and all around muslce tone...as well as some weight loss?????????
 
will cause wt loss (maybe muscle though) but you can't tone what;s not there (i.e muscle)...idf you don't have a lot then you may need to do 1/2 that and try and build some at the same time if you can
