Boxerfit

just wanted to tell you this new fitness class ive started at my local leisure centre. You may of heard it but if u havent read on:
its all the fitness training boxers do minus the violence and plus the ex-boxer shoutin at u to do it gives u all the motivation u need. 20 press ups in the middle where everyone can see u if u dont put effort into it. if theres one of these classes near u id recomend it...10/10

As a martial artist of 12 yrs I hate that sort of stuff.
If you wanna get fit, do CV.
If you wanna learn to box, do boxing.

When your bopping up and down throwing punches its very hard to stay controlled. You'll be damaging you knees and elbows.

If you wanna punch to get fit, you gotta learn to punch 1st.

boxing for fitness

Hi i have been a boxing coach for many years now, i also teach over 60 clients a week boxerfit and there is nothing wrong with the non contact approach to boxing fitness.

This sort of training is very high in motivation and also a great way of beating stress. i teach 100% of my clients how i would teach a pro boxer.

Start from the basics then teach them new stuff when they can take it in.

Well done shorty2005 stick at it, good luck in the future::cheeky:
