Age:14 Height: 5' 7" Weight: Around 130 I'm not concerned about weight and I don't weigh myself, I don't have a scale lol

Calories:1500

Workouts: Baseball Practice from 3-5 a bunch of Serpentine push ups for screwing around and some at end of practice;Leg lifts; quite a bit of throwing; little hitting; no weight room today; swings and axe chops with a 25 pound weight; little jump roping
At Home; Some Russian twists; light weight exercises to loosen up my arm; Hamstring exercises didn't do too much because I had practice today and was tired

Comments: I don't think I ate enough today

Any Comments or Suggestions are welcome
