Bought some, '' Precision engineered why protein'' and..

The instruction says to use a scoop, what is a scoop because the container didnt include a scooper???

Also, when is it optimal to drink the shake? Wen i have time i do some weights in morning, situps pressups, and then in the evening.. should I drink this before the workout 30 mins and both times? ETC thanks!

protein and carbs are needed after a workout at the start of the recovery process. ppl are saying now that they are needed right before to help set the stage for the recovery process.

how long of a time do you have b/w your last solid food meal and your workout?
 
I really don't eat much, i don't get 'hungry' until 2 pm in the afternoon which is when i isually have a snack, but sometimes i dont eat anything till about 5 when I have a full meal.. after that I eat snacks non stop...
Would this routeine work,

Milkshake as soon as I wakeup.. wait 30-45 mins, do Workout whilst drinking milkshake.. then repeat at evening? should i stop doing morning AND evening workouts and just do one for ease? ETC I HAVE NO IDEA!

you definately should eat more earlier in the day. eating a good breakfast and lunch is critical. try to spread out you eating as much as possible in the day, but you must eat breakfast.

i usually take my protein shake 1-2 times a day: once when i wake up, once after i workout. sometimes ill take one in a thermal mug (i like mine lukewarm...hey, everyone's entitled to their idiosyncrascies) to work or when i study, at most ill have 3 a day.
