Hey guys, I'm looking for some advice.
Decided at start of the year I need to get my life in order - both mentally and physically. I've been putting weight on over the last 10 years mostly due to alcohol. Decided enough is enough and kicked the booze and have comitted to getting fit.
Bought a cross trainer about 3 weeks ago and have been at it every day since. Currently using it for 30-40mins a day on a reasonably high resistance interval setting and burning about 350-400 calories a day.
I've since read, however, that working out every day is bad?
Should I stick to the advised 3-4 days a week or am I all good to keep on at it every day?
I've dropped about 7lb in the last 3 weeks and would love to keep on at a steady rate - I know losing too much at once is bad, but will 3 days a week still be sufficient to maintain a steady loss?
Thanks
Richy
