bottom pack :|

Ive been working for a six pack for quite a while now and its starting to get into shape,
but i have a 4 pack clearly kinda up top, reasonable obliques, but i cant get the ****en bottom 2 pack rather anoying as i no ive gotta loose bf, which i hav and i also do lots of leg raises, is something like bloating my bottom gut or soemthing??
any foods.. techniques u guys could tell me to help me ??
 
that is the last place that fat usually leaves. It looks like you will just have to lower your overlal body fat % down. There is no such thing as spot reduction, so it might be time to lower your caloric intake a bit and do some serious cardio. If you want to burn the fat, you can force your body to use it as fuel by performing cardio in the mornings before you eat (your body will utilize stored fat as opposed to calories that you just consumed.) Keep your cardio between 30-4 mins or so. Your target heart rate could be anywhere between 60-75% max heart rate (maybe higher depending on your cardio vascular health)

try eating frequently, but eating small meals. Make sure you are getting protein at each meal too. My recommendation would be to try cutting down on carbs in the evening. If you are bulking then it is acceptable, but your body will store unused carbs and if you are cutting that is undesireable.
Make sure you are getting EFA's as well.
