Bottom Fat For Guys Too...

Hi all,

I'm new here, and I'm looking forward to some good advice! To be honest from the start, when it comes to fitness, health, sports and all, I'm the last person you should ask for advice, not that I don't want to answer, but just that I don't know anything!

I'm a 1m80, 70Kg guy and have no real body weight issue, except for a little fat here and there.... I'm thin, but have always had fat on my belly, and that has always been an issue for me, so much that if I were to tell you I've lived half my life in a "t-shirt all year long" country, you wouldn't believe me, as you can see the mark of my t-shirt lol (hint: I don't go to swimming pools cuz I hate taking off my t-shirt).

A few years ago, I stopped doing sports for a whole year (I was feeling bad psychologically), and gained some fat on my bottom. To try and keep it short, I used to be depressed about that ugly excess fat on my belly, well now I have some on my a.. too!! How desperate can I get hey?:D

It's been a couple of years now that I'm doing sports again, but I really want to loose that excess fat on my bottom, as I can't stand it anymore. Really, I can't stress how much I can't stand it anymore!! I'm 22, and I want to be "in control" of my body and start getting some good habits and all in regards to health, sports etc... Also, not to sound arrogant, I feel my body would be just fine... if only I could loose that UGLY excess fat here and there, not that I have a lot, but still it's more than I can bear.

Thing is, I'm a student, and I really have a lot of studying to do, so I have a tight (very!) schedule!

I know that's no excuse not to work out, and I'm really eager to do whatever it takes to get rid of that fat!

I also don't have a lot of financial means, so I was wondering what I could do on my own, in my house, without going out to the gym.

I used to play squash, but have stopped, I should be starting back in a few weeks, and I reckon I'll have the time to do one or two hours a week every Saturday morning. Really looking forward to it!

So far, in order to wait, I have a home bike, which I exercise on for 30 mins at least three times a week. Then I do some crunches for my abs, but really what I want to focus on for the time being is how to get rid of my bottom fat?
