hey all!

i'm giving this weight loss thing a serious try. i joined the board for some motivational help and insight into what is working for people.

currently my weight is at 175lbs. this may seem strange but i don't want to lose a pound of it, what i do want is to lose the fat and build some muscle at the same time.

i enjoy the outdoors, and i do live an active life. my problem is eating unhealty food often, and not in moderation.

You've joined the right place then! After looking through the "before and after" section you will be blown away by all the success around here! Sounds like you have a pretty good idea of what you need to do to reach your goals. :) Good luck!
 
FYI,

You have goals that directly conflict one another.

That's a surefire way to end up frustrated.

Not the building muscle while losing fat is impossible. It's just not probable, nor is it something you should expect.
