born again noob!

I've been a member for quite sometime. I haven't been on the forum in a long time. I also let myself go again.
I was at 185lbs back in 2010, got down to 150lbs in 6 months... since then I got divorced, remarried and had another child (thats #4). I also have gained back all my weight. My life has been better in the last 2 years then it has been 10 years prior.. unfortunately I now know my health is getting to me. I just turned 33, when I walk up the stairs of my house I sometimes get chest pains. Thia is definitely due to the added weight I am carrying.

Time to lose the weight. Anyways. Ill be checking in and posting up while I fight the battle again!.

I'm a brand new member, so I feel funny about saying "welcome aboard" but I have to say "way to go coming thru some adversity to get back at it"....awesome.

Thx... I think I need to start my working out tonight. The current intensity is good for cardio but not changing my body appearance.

Ill have to do some reading.

Good mix of cardio and circuit style is good for begginners, which is how you are sensibly viewing yourself at the moment.
As long as you are consistantly working and only occasionally short of breath that can still work as cardio so a no rest circuit circuit can do both. The ability to target muscles during this also builds them up a small amount and the extra muscle will help with fat loss.
Probably teaching granny to suck eggs, but hopefully at least some help.

Hey! i'm BRAND new to the site lol. Good idea with not putting off your working out! The sooner you start the sooner you see results and the faster you get through that initial stage that always seems to be the hardest! Have you started to set up any goals yet? Let me know if you need help with anything (training, nutrition) i'd be glad to assist you in any way possible! =)
