Hi everyone

i'm Sharon, i'm 48 and i have managed to lose a stone in the last month but boredom is really a problem for me

Maybe you have depression because of your weight before. Even if you lost the extra pounds, the depression will remain. This is just my opinion though. I am depressed too and i am bored with everything even in losing weight but i force myself to do it because i don't want to be called fatso again and be prone to all types of diseases. I include on my regimen, a 20 minute yoga that helps me relaxed my mind and body. Maybe if you will try it, you can get back your enthusiasm again.

I agree, I suffer from depression here and there and I used to use food to help with that. I hit a point in my weightloss where I'm getting bored with my regimen too, but like myjade84 said I can't give-up because I never want to be seen as fat again. Try to switch things up, find new yummy, delicious meals to indulge in or find a new place to workout or get a friend to join in. Try ANYTHING new to take the boredom out of what or whatever you are doing. :D
