Hello I am new and want to loose the rest of my weight and have been at a stopping point! I haven't gone up but I am lingering here. I Started on January 1st and was going to the gym every morning at 5:00 am so I would be up before my kids and it is getting harder and harder to get up closer to summer. I don't know if it's because the weather is nice or what. I am going at night now and that doesn't work at all but I do get there at least 3 days sometimes 2 days a week. I hate it because I was getting there 5 to 6 days. I am not writing everything I eat down anymore and that makes me eat more. So I thought If I started this diary I will be motivated to keep going. I have come so far to fail now so maybe this being a new thing, I will get the rest of this weight off. I see how many of you get such good support here. I was doing so good on my cardio and weights. So I need to get that back up again. The thing I miss most about working out every day is how good I feel, I'm sure that has to do with the diet too, I was eating so well and healthy. So here I go and I hope this helps, wish me luck and any advice I would appreciate.
 
Monday's Food Jounal

Ok here is what I had yesterday...

I did not work out at all had a track meet and a Gymnastic rehersal....:(

7:00 Breakfast: Rasin Bran 59gms W/1/2 c. skim milk 230 cals
9:30 Snack: ultma slimfast bar 120 cals
12:00 Lunch Turkey on Wheat 6" sub w/ lettuce, tomato, onion mustard 280
3:00 snack: apple 110 cals
6:00 Dinner: hamburger at the track meet not sure on cals...
8:00 Snack: Ultama slimfast bar 120 cal

I ate terrible yesterday not that many fruits and veggies and I know I didn't get enough water...I am doing better today so far..I hope I can keep it going I guess we will see....
 
just wanted to say hi, and welcome, im new on here too. Youve already lost 25 lbs which is amazing, keep up the good work!!

Tuesday's Food

Thanks guys for your support! I think I did better yesterday..
7:00 Oatmeal 130 cal. W/ chopped banana 75 cal.
9:30 Cheese cubes and 1/2 apple 110 cal.
12:00 tuna wrap 450cal
3:00 celery stick with peanut butter 95 cal.
6:00 Grilled Chicken 210 cal with mixed veggies 40cal , slice of whole grain bread 70cal
7:30 Frozen yogurt bar 90 cal.
total calories: 1270
I didn't get to the gym however but I did today at 5:00 a.m. I hope I can keep it up. I've started this day out good. I hope I can keep up with the diet part. I know I just have to stay focus and get in my mind set! I did 45 mins. of Cardio and 25 min upper/lower weights. Just to get me started. I am at the I think I can stage and moving to the I know I can stage! :) :)
