Hello I am new and want to loose the rest of my weight and have been at a stopping point! I haven't gone up but I am lingering here. I Started on January 1st and was going to the gym every morning at 5:00 am so I would be up before my kids and it is getting harder and harder to get up closer to summer. I don't know if it's because the weather is nice or what. I am going at night now and that doesn't work at all but I do get there at least 3 days sometimes 2 days a week. I hate it because I was getting there 5 to 6 days. I am not writing everything I eat down anymore and that makes me eat more. So I thought If I started this diary I will be motivated to keep going. I have come so far to fail now so maybe this being a new thing, I will get the rest of this weight off. I see how many of you get such good support here. I was doing so good on my cardio and weights. So I need to get that back up again. The thing I miss most about working out every day is how good I feel, I'm sure that has to do with the diet too, I was eating so well and healthy. So here I go and I hope this helps, wish me luck and any advice I would appreciate.
