Bodyfat % how do i lower it

Hello, i have been reading alot about body fat.

I have worked out that i am about 18/ 19% bodyfat. i wieght 17stone and 6'9".
I swim everyday for an hour. Though, today will be the first time in two month i wont be able to go... car got smashed up by white trash chav kids.

I have ordered some suppliments to help increase my muscle size and strength. Which one of the things thats said on here, bigger muscles bigger fat burning.
My question relates to what sort of OTHER things like stay-away-foods or MUST-eat-food or ways to exersize swimming. I mean for instance i swim using my top half and its made a massive difference to the muscles there, but i am not sure about the fat. though i havent put on any wieght. I was just wondering what you all think.

My suppliments are creatine and protein and some matching lean fat product.

Stay Away Foods:
Chips, Soda, Ice Creame, Fruit Drinks, Pizza, any fast foods.

Must have foods are the ones on Lv's Grocery List, which you can find in a sticky in the nutrition section.
