Hi all! I am new here and I am going to jump right in and tell you about my experiences. I was 265lbs and only 5'4". I was miserable as some of you know that feeling. I tried several different products, none of which helped me...plexus, advocare, ace and any new diet fad I could get my hands on. I come across a lady selling body wraps. I was skeptical to say the least! But at this point, I was desperate. The doctor was fixing to put me on 5-6 different medications to lower my cholesterol, blood pressure, boarder line diabetic, etc. Anyway, I talked to her for a while and decided to give it a shot. In the beginning, I didn't see much of a difference but once I hit my 5th wrap, the inches were dropping off and the skin wasn't as saggy. I added the weight loss supplements that they offer. I lost a whopping 45lbs in 2 months! I was thrilled! I am still on my journey but the doctor is no longer discussing medications with me.

I just wanted to let everyone know about my experience. I know I cant post a link on these threads but <<<I will spam anyway so that the mods edit it>>>

Best wishes in your journey
Carla

You clearly did come here to advertise this product - this is why San gave you an infraction and I edited your posting.

I think that it is important to see what authoritative sites have to say about such things - and not just hear what a spammer tells you.

WebMD says this

This includes this:

Can a Body Wrap Slim You?
As for slimming wraps, "any loss of inches is going to be temporary,'' Fryhofer says. ''Wraps cannot take the place of a healthy diet and exercise."
Ellis agrees. "After you take the [slimming] wrap off, there will be an appearance of tightness," she says. "It is definitely temporary." It may only last a day or two.
But if you're trying to look good for a day at the beach on your honeymoon, temporary improvement may be good enough, Ellis says. "I look at those slimming wraps like a spray tan," she says. "It's temporary, but sometimes that's OK."
"They won't give you long-term weight loss," Tanzi says. "They can temporarily make you feel a little thinner, and when you look at the scale the pounds can go down a pound or two. But that's water weight loss. It's a temporary phenomenon."

You seem uncertain as to how much the change is linked to the wrap and how much it is linked to supplements that you chose to take at the same time.

You may want to look up the notion of placebo effect and how you may have been encouraged to eat more sensibly because you believed that the wrap and supplements meant that you were doing something positive.
