I have really started liking excercises that use your own body weight... there is something very satisfying about moving yourself around...
I started a quest to be able to do more than 2 pull-ups... being overweight most of my life... it is pretty tough to do a pull-up carrying 50+ extra pound around... I'm down to about 20 extra pounds now... and I hit 4 pullups yesterday... and I love doing that excercise...
I do dips (with assist... just can't get get past 5 without assist)...
I do hanging knee raises (when I get stronger I want to be able to do hanging leg raises).
I tried hyperextensions yesterday... and liked them...
I wish we had a good decline bench I could do situp on I always enjoyed doing that...
Ok my question is ... what other excercise can I do with my own body weight?
