Body Symetry

I know our bodies are not built perfectly symetrical. But, since I've lost weight and started to get leaner, I've noticed something that really bothers me. My left leg is much more toned, shapely and firm than my right. To the point that on my right side I still have a "saddle bag" and on my left I have a nice smooth shape. I'm pretty sure the reason for this is that I carried my children in a sling, so for almost 4 years straight I had 10-20 extra pounds on my left side everythime I went to the store, for a walk, vacumed, etc. Any suggestions for targeting the "saddle bag" area on the right side to make things more symetrical?

Keep working on reducing body fat and it'll even out. Also consider doing single leg exercises to even out the strength in both legs. Lastly, you may wanna look into getting some body symmetry work done with a holistic practitioner. They can often help you get back into using both legs evenly.

But for the saddlebag issue... just a matter of reducing body fat some more :)
